The Idea of BugGrip
The idea of Bug Grip is to make life easier for parents, carers and people in general while shopping. Most importantly to give parents a choice when choosing prams and push chairs and saving money if you already have a buggy and one child. When a new addition to the family arrives, you don’t have to buy a double buggy. You can use an existing buggy and buy one extra, then Bug Grip them!! You can also bug grip them to a shopping cart instead of taking the child out of the pram, especially if the child is sleeping.
Bug Grip can attach prams or pushchairs of different makes and models to each other. Bug Grip as it is a universal clip can attach to a shopping trolley so there is no need to invest in a double buggy or pushchair, just Bug Grip an existing buggy and new pushchair together. Hence no need to make a buggy redundant when a family increases in size.
Bug Grip became more than an idea as I explored was of getting it made by my simple hand free drawings. I was given advice from Brent Business Venture to try and secure capital for my project. I then had to get a patent lawyer to patent my idea legally. The good thing about a patent search is that they do a search which includes the internet. It was found there was nothing like my universal Bug Grip.

I am a disabled mum with 3 children, after going out shopping and trying to steer a shopping cart and a new born in a pushchair, I found that it was impossible. I had to leave the supermarket with just the nappies. It became my quest to find a solution to this long standing problem, shopping on your own with one child or with children.
I created my own universal clip or Bug grip to attach the two together. Bug grip can also attach pushchairs of different makes and models together. Bug grip can save parents money when you have a new born and a toddler, and you need two pushchairs.
I went into other stores and checked magazines as I needed to gauge competition. I was looking for something to link a pushchair to a shopping trolley/cart or a pushchair to pushchair. I was unsuccessful, so I created my own.
